Peroximate composition and different types of amino acids analysis of economically important finfishes – Sardinella fimbriata, Scomberomorus guttatus in Nagapattinam Coast, Tamil Nadu, India

The current study was undertaken to investigate the composition of peroximate in relative season, types sexes, and size groups edible tissues finfishes Sardinella fimbriata Scomberomorus guttatus Nagapattinam coast, Tamil Nadu, India. S. fimbriata, indeterminates are 4-10 cm, male females 11-19, 4-12 13-24. Variations proximate noticed depicted. Moisture content ranged between 70.35 76.79%. Both (8-10 4-7 cm) exhibited elevated values during pre-monsoon (76.34 followed by 76.11%) small post-monsoon (4-7 8-10 cm; 72.44 72.36%). depicted, moisture 70.08 77.88%. monsoon (77.88 77.05%) minute summer 74.33 74.29%). amino acid pleased (91.78%), results shows that necessary acids (EAA) percentage more (49.25%) than supplementary (NEAA, 42.76%).
